Department of Biotechnology was established in 2001 and completed 25 years of its fruitful existence in 2026.The department has continued to promote and upgrade the knowledge of students, researchers and teachers.The intake capacity of the department is 50 students each for B.Sc. I, II & III Biotechnology.
The biotechnology department proudly maintains a 100% pass result every year and consistently produces meritorious students with outstanding academic performance.
For the past two years the department has successfully implemented star DBT activities which have greatly supported overall growth of the department and enhancing academic excellence.
