Activity Report:

The group discussion on Health Tips and Physical Fitness was inaugurated by Dr. P.R. Mandlik .Introductory speech, emphasizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle in today's fast-paced world and guest was given by the activity incharge Dr Anjali .B.Bodade.Expert speaker, Ms. Jyoti Thakare, delivered a comprehensive presentation on essential health tips, covering topics such as nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention. Her insightful presentation sparked engaging discussions among participants.Ms. Shobhana Deshmukh, a renowned Fitness Coach, shared practical advice on physical fitness, including exercises and routines suitable for busy schedules. Her interactive session motivated participants to prioritize physical activity.The event featured a felicitation ceremony, honoring women entrepreneurs and recognizing their contributions to society.A highlight of the event was the felicitation of women entrepreneur Mrs Kalpana Shendokar, empowering them to prioritize their health and well-being. Diet Plan:
A personalized diet plan was provided to each participant, taking into account their age, gender, and sports requirements (if applicable). The diet plan aimed to balance macronutrient intake for optimal health and performance. A diet plan was given to boys n girls of age group 18-22 and also the sports students

Each group discussed their assigned macronutrient, covering topics such as:

- Recommended daily intake
- Benefits and functions in the body
- Deficiency and excess symptoms
- Importance for sports performance (if applicable)
